To state the obvious there are plenty of resources out there on how to invest in real estate and this includes countless websites as well as scores of bestselling books. However, after the recent housing market crash throughout the western world and the saga of 2008 things have changed hugely. No longer can we keep banking on the future to be better than today and buy more real estate based on the equity of that which we already have. No longer can we even assume that real estate will always go up in value over the long term, despite how often we have been told that this is an absolute. Many real estate investing techniques which were pure gold only 10 years ago seem to be worthless now. However, there is still a way to make money in real estate for the average person and family by using a combination of old-fashioned discipline and new principles that I have not only created myself but tried and tested as well - with success. This eBook contains all this information in a simple and easy-to-read format that will not be hard to understand and learn.

Lastly, I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to all external sources of information I have used in writing this eBook which have not been fully acknowledged or recognized in it due to full records not being kept at the time of writing.
