This eBook of mine is a bit personal as I suffered through years of stress, anxiety and depression and sometimes still do. It was a real challenge that put me into years of therapy and after a lot of hard work (not to mention thousands upon thousands of dollars in professional fees) I managed to come up with techniques that I still use to this day to help me get through life, and which I am willing to share with you.

To go into further detail, what happened to me is that I thought things through too much (and too many times over) and worried about almost everything there was to worry about. It only made everyday life worse for me. I missed out on so much when I should have been making the most of my childhood and teenage years. I suffered depression since childhood along with a huge lack of social skills, and then stress, anxiety and depression in my teenage years. I knew I had these problems but was always too hesitant to do something about them and when I finally decided to do so, after turning 22, it was tough but also the beginning of my recovery. I am now so glad I did do something about it. If only I did so sooner. I lost a lot simply because I did not do something about it earlier but others don't have to suffer in the same way I did as I want to pass on my story, message and techniques on to as many people as I can, and for a price that is actually affordable.

Lastly, I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to all external sources of information I have used in writing this eBook which have not been fully acknowledged or recognized in it due to full records not being kept at the time of writing.
