After a bitter divorce a young man moves from his hometown to make a fresh new start in another city. Everything is going well for him but his life suddenly changes when he learns his father is diagnosed with leukemia and has less than a year to live. Shortly after his father passes away a job promotion brings him back to his hometown a city he had hoped would become a permanent part of his past.
