There is a world that is different in ways to our own, yet in others strangely similar. And this world, some would say that much like our own, is home to men, demons and angels. The demons and their vile ways spend their days in the Land of Fire, seeking souls to destroy from the home of men, the always plentiful Land of the Living. And way up high in the Land of Clouds live the righteous angels, beautiful, powerful and wise beings who were once believed to be gods by men, but are now often thought of as only the stories told before bedtime.
This story begins in the Land of Clouds through the eyes of one particular angel. Now this angel did not think of herself as especially wise like the elders of her race, nor strong like the mighty angelic warriors. But she was kind, caring and true of heart, and she was about to learn that often those people who think of themselves as unremarkable are often the ones to do the most remarkable of things.
