Bail enforcement is an occupation that is both challenging and rewarding. It is about the task of finding, apprehending and delivering back to jail “wanted” men and women. The element of crime makes this a potentially dangerous profession. The very nature of the business is taking people who have failed to comply with the provisions of their bail back to the court system so that they may have their day in court, effecting a re-arrest of this individual because they, for whatever reason, did not comply with the conditions of their release.
