My whole life I have always endeavored to make people happy and help them achieve success along the way with me. In the past, it was always a battle for me to gain muscle and size. I constantly asked people for tips and advice especially people who were huge. The one comment that made me change my whole thought process was when a huge man who obviously used steroids said to me, Davee-boy, people like you will always be small and people like me will always be big. I remember when I was your size. I knew from that moment on that I am going to have to work this out for myself.

I started telling myself Anything is possible. I am big and strong. I know all there is to know on muscle gain. I am powerful. And from then on, I researched and started experimenting on myself. I started to think outside the circle. My mindset changed, and so did my body. I did not want to use enhancing drugs and wanted to achieve muscle naturally, so I set out to learn as much as I could about everything I needed to know to get me through life with success and confidence. This book is a complete approach to healthy living and massive, injury-free strength gains that I have experienced and want to share with you.
